Artist Statement
Using the medium of photography as my palette, I
paint the awesomeness of what I see in nature by arranging its natural elements; color,
forms, patterns, textures and light. Artistically, the drive and passion in my photography
comes from the impact that visual communication has in educating others about the
surroundings we have and of our past heritage. Ultimately, through this education, I hope
we will become better stewards of our wilderness, preserving it so that others may also
experience its many wonders.
