It’s a new year, a new trail to explore!
I’ve decided that since this is the start of a new decade for me, new beginnings and new experiences. A fresh start with a squeaky clean slate. Its a chance to let some things go, to step out of my comfort zone and learn some new things and maybe travel to somewhere I’ve never been before. The trail is far from straight and level so it will be an adventure.
My first success has been tackling the cryptic and whacky code of WordPress. Why are color codes so confusing – #c8c8c8 = light gray? Somehow I managed to upgrade WordPress it to its latest version and get a new theme up and running to refreshed the website.
The image above a 3 image HDR combined in Photomatix and then finished in Photoshop from Muir Woods near San Francisco California. I’m intrigued by all the math Photomatix does to combine multiple images into a single one that attempts to replicate what my eye saw when I pressed the shutter release. The human eye is truly incredible.
