Over the weekend I worked a few HDR images I took last month in Moab.
This image of Mesa Arch was taken from a slightly different angle than the one I previously posed and has a cleaner more defined middle ground. Because of the large exposure range of this scene, I took a series of 5 images, each with a different exposure compensation value dialed into the camera, to capture all the information for this single image.
To sum all that up in a different way …. This image is made up of 5 exposures blended together with Photomatix and then finished in Photoshop CS5:).
Image captured with a Nikon D3x, 16f2.8 & Gitzo tripod.
