A simple shot.  When all the elements come together, it’s simple.

The clouds make the image work for me.

I arrived to the South Rim to find it snowing, and for the next few days, the skies where pretty dramatic.  The Grand Canyon can be even a more spectacular when the sky has some character.

K&M Adventures first day in the Grand Canyon was magical.  The weather was very dynamic with snow storms coming and going throughout the afternoon so we simply chased the light.

We have much more to see and photograph this week.

Funny how sometimes when you’re not looking for a photo, there it is right in front of you.

As I was driving back to Bozeman, the winds on the surface were calm but as looked towards the Bridger’s they were anything but that.  I stopped and enjoyed the late afternoon sun illuminating the blowing snow across the ridge.
